LISTLOOP.shop is a platform that connects you with outlets of luxury and premium brands throughout Europe through personal shoppers. We offer a carefully selected selection of exclusive products and direct contact with personal shoppers who will help you place your order.
You choose – we order! Luxury shopping from authorized outlets without leaving your home. 🛍✨
Personal Shopper is a professional cooperating with LISTLOOP , operating through EDJ Technology Sp. z o. o. He is responsible for handling your order, oversees the entire purchasing process and provides assistance in case of questions, doubts or returns . 🛍✨
Authorized outlets are outlet stores run directly by brand manufacturers (e.g. Gucci, Prada, Balenciaga ). They offer original products , including:
✔ Products from previous collections
✔ Last season's models
✔ Demonstration copies
✔ Unsold goods
All products come directly from the brand manufacturer , which guarantees their authenticity.
We also work with selected brick-and-mortar boutiques that offer outlet products. This ensures that we can provide original designer products at the most competitive prices .
✔ Yes, once availability is confirmed , the personal shopper places an order at an authorized outlet or selected boutique , which then ships the product directly to the address indicated in your order .
✔ Each shipment contains a receipt or invoice issued by the store .
✔ All products are new, have original tags and packaging , in accordance with the policy of the given outlet or boutique. 😊
✔ Authorized outlets and selected stationary boutiques with which we cooperate offer only new, original products.
✔ We do not offer used or second-hand items.
Placing an order
🛍️ Placing an order is a simple process that consists of several steps:
Step 1: Browse our platform and select the product and size you are interested in.
Step 2: Proceed to checkout and make a secure online payment. You will see the product price, personal shopper fee and shipping cost before confirming your order.
Step 3: The Personal Shopper will confirm the availability of the product in the selected outlet or boutique.
Step 4: If the product is unavailable – you will receive a full refund .
Step 5: Once confirmed, the outlet or boutique ships the product directly to you within 5-7 business days using trusted courier companies such as DHL or UPS. Each shipment includes the original packaging and receipt/invoice.
Invoicing: LISTLOOP.shop (EDJ Technology Sp. z o. o.) issues a separate invoice for the brokerage of the purchase by a personal shopper and delivery costs.
Please note: Purchases made through our platform are final – no returns or exchanges are possible .

The sales brokerage fee is fixed and amounts to:
✔ 20% for orders below PLN 4,000
✔ 15% for orders over PLN 4,000
You can commission us to broker the sale of any product available in authorized outlets and boutiques cooperating with LISTLOOP .
We offer access to brands such as: Dolce & Gabbana, Casadei, Gucci, Philipp Plein, Sandro, Maje, Balenciaga, Prada, Miu Miu, Off-White and many more. Contact your personal shopper to ask about specific brands. 😊
Yes - you can commission an intermediary in the sale of presented products , if a given size is available. Just proceed to finalize the order (checkout).
The photos were taken by the personal shopper in person at the outlet or boutique and show the actual items available on the day of the visit. They are for promotional purposes .
If a specific item has already been sold out , we will do our best to find an identical model . Upon request, we can send photos or a video of the available product before shipping .
Don't see your size? Contact us - we can often get it and add it to the site once availability is confirmed.😊
✔ The order is processed after it has been placed and paid for by the customer (checkout) .
✔ Personal shopper confirms the availability of the selected product usually within 24 hours , up to 48 hours.
✔ If the product is unavailable, we will immediately inform the customer and refund the full amount.😊
The prices presented on the website come from authorized outlets and boutiques with which we cooperate as sales intermediaries.
Due to dynamic price changes in outlets , the final price of the product is always confirmed by the personal shopper after placing the order .
In the event of a price difference, we will inform you before processing your order and give you the option to continue or receive a full refund.
You can commission us to mediate the sale of a product in a different color or size .
Contact your personal shopper via WhatsApp , live chat, email or social media , share your preferences and we will check availability, sizes and prices in outlets and partner boutiques.
Changes to the sales brokerage order are only possible until the execution is confirmed by LISTLOOP , i.e. before you receive the e-mail informing you: "Your order items are on their way" .

✔ Each product presented as part of the sales brokerage is based on the official size chart of a given brand .
✔ On the product card we show a photo of the label of a specific item , thanks to which you have full transparency as to the size and origin of the product.
✔ The product description includes a size conversion table – e.g. from Italian, German or French of a given brand to standard European (e.g. IT 42 - S).
✔ If you have any doubts about size, please contact Personal Shopper . We will check the exact size of the model and its fit for you.
✔ We can also, upon your request, contact the brand or store in question and confirm detailed sizing information .
✔ It is also worth checking the size chart on the brand's official website - they are often precise and true to reality. 😊

✔ We will check the availability of the product in the outlets and stationary boutiques with which we cooperate .
✔ We will prepare an individual offer for you with price and available sizes . If the product is available, you will be able to order it through our website with secure payments , as part of the intermediation of the sale by Personal Shopper. 😊

Due to the nature of the sales brokerage and the exclusivity of the products, all orders must be paid in advance when placing the order (checkout). 😊

✔ The invoice for sales brokerage and shipping costs will be sent in a separate email .
✔ A receipt or invoice for the product will be included in your package. 😊
❌ If your payment fails, you will receive an email asking you to retry the transaction .
⏳ In case of non-payment, the brokerage order will be automatically canceled .

Shipping & Delivery
📦 Products ordered via LISTLOOP are shipped directly from brand outlets or through our Personal Shopper EDJ Technology Sp. z o. o.

🌍 Most of the brands and boutiques we work with offer worldwide shipping.
🚚 Please contact us to confirm shipping to your country.
📦 Standard shipping cost within the European Union is PLN 85 for each product .
🌍 Shipping outside the European Union is PLN 175 for each product .
🛍 Shipping costs are calculated separately for each product , as orders may be shipped from different locations.
📦 If multiple items come from the same outlet, we will try to combine shipping and refund the overpayment .
⏳ Estimated delivery time within the European Union is 5–7 working days , counted from the moment the order is confirmed and payment is posted .
🌍 Shipments outside the European Union may take longer – the exact time depends on the delivery country, customs clearance and carrier.

✔ Yes! Once your parcel has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number .
📦 We will provide shipping information as soon as we receive it from the outlet store or courier company.
🚚 Most shipments are shipped by DHL and UPS , but depending on the outlet location, other trusted carriers can be used.
📦 The choice of courier company depends on the outlet store or location from which the product is being shipped .
❌ No – we do not offer personal collection .
📦 All orders are shipped directly to the indicated address , in accordance with the policies of the outlets and stationary boutiques we work with.
📦 In your package you will find the original product with tags , packed in the original brand packaging (if available in the outlet).
🧾 The shipment is accompanied by a receipt or invoice confirming the purchase of the product , issued by the outlet or stationary boutique.
✔ Yes - all shipments are fully insured during transit to ensure the safety of your order.
📩 If your package is damaged or missing, please contact us as soon as possible via the contact form or at hello@listloop.shop .
🚚 We will file a complaint with the carrier and help you resolve the matter as quickly as possible.
Returns & Exchanges
❌ According to outlet policy, sales are usually final and most stationary stores do not accept returns or exchanges .
✅ In some cases, a return or exchange may be possible - we recommend confirming this with your Personal Shopper before placing your order.
📦 If return or exchange is allowed, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer .

📦 If you receive a different product than what you ordered, please follow the steps below to report the issue:
📩 Email us at hello@listloop.shop and include your order number.
📷 Describe what you received and attach photos of the product.
🔁 Once verified, we will send you a return label to send your product back.
📬 Once we receive your return, we will send you the correct product.
🛍️ All returns in such cases are considered individually, in cooperation with the outlet store.
📩 If your item arrived damaged, has a defect, or is not as described, please email us at hello@listloop.shop and include:

📷 photos of the product with a visible defect,
📝 a brief description of the problem.
✔ We will contact the outlet store on your behalf and submit a complaint .
✔ The outlet store is responsible for the product and any claims will be handled directly with them, not LISTLOOP .
Account & Registration
❌ No – creating an account is not required to place an order at LISTLOOP.shop.
🛍 You can add the product to your cart as usual and proceed to checkout without registration.
✅ An account is voluntary and allows you to, among other things, track your order history and make subsequent purchases faster.
✔ Yes! Creating an account is possible and completely free .
🧾 Simply click the account icon in the upper right corner of the page and follow the registration instructions.
✅ An account allows you to track your order history, save your favorite products, and place subsequent orders faster.
✔ Yes – you can delete your account at any time .
📩 Just write to us at hello@listloop.shop and we will help you with the account deletion process.
❗ Deleting your account does not affect the fulfillment of orders already placed.
🔒 In exceptional situations, an account may be temporarily blocked - e.g. for security reasons or violation of the site's terms of use.
