Personal Shopper Fee includes:

• Product search and selection – our Personal Shoppers visit authorized outlets and premium boutiques , searching for unique products, often unavailable online.

• Product verification – we take photos, check the quality, sizes, composition and condition directly in the store.

• Online presentation – we add the product to the page with a description and size availability.

• Order fulfillment – ​​we reserve the product, contact the boutique and organize the purchase. If the product is unavailable, we look for it in other outlets .

• Delivery coordination – we take care of everything: purchase, logistics and shipping to the specified address.

• Constant contact – we are available via WhatsApp and e-mail at every stage. You can ask for additional photos, dimensions, information.

• On-demand search – if you're looking for something, we'll add it to our list and check availability on future visits.

This is not a classic online store.

• No refund or exchange possible

Products purchased in-store are not eligible for return or exchange, in accordance with the policies of the boutiques we work with.

Each purchase is made individually, at your request, as part of a purchasing brokerage.

• Limited collections – products sell out quickly and prices are subject to change.

The prices presented on the website come from authorized outlets and boutiques with which we cooperate as sales intermediaries.

Due to dynamic price changes in outlets , the final price of the product is always confirmed by the personal shopper after placing the order .

In the event of a price difference, we will inform you before processing your order and give you the option to continue or receive a full refund.

The product is always packaged by the boutique according to the brand's standards and includes a receipt.

Shipping is carried out:

• directly from the boutique
• or – in some cases – by LISTLOOP personal shopper

Each shipment is insured and has a tracking number .

• Shipments are most often delivered by: DHL or UPS .
• Shipments outside the EU: delivery time and cost determined individually. Additional customs or VAT fees may apply.

💰 Shipping Cost

• PLN 85 per product within the EU (premium packaging, insurance, shipping from different boutiques)
• PLN 170 outside the EU (higher courier costs)
• Ordering several products from the same brand?

• Each product is shipped from a different boutique (separate shipping costs).

Information about couriers

• Each boutique independently selects a courier company (most often DHL or UPS ) according to its shipping policy and experience.
• If the order is placed by our personal shopper – shipping is most often via DHL .
